Cancellation and Cancellation Fees Policy – Pavilion Cosmetic Medicine
All procedures, treatments and consultations will require a booking fee payment at the point of making an appointment. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fees vary from $50 to $500, depending on the appointment type and practitioner for the given appointment. Bookings will remain secured until a written or verbal cancellation is communicated with respect to 48 hours’ notice. Please note that a failure to respond to a communication from Pavilion Cosmetic Medicine is not considered as an acceptable form of appointment cancellation.
