Pavilion Cosmetic Medicine Gift cards terms and conditions are as follows:
- Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Subject to the Gift Card’s value purchased, the credit value can be used as a part or full payment toward the purchase of any products or services offered at Pavilion Cosmetic Medicine.
- All appointments are subject to availability and will require a booking.
- Depending on the treatment desired, a prior consultation may be required and will need to be setup as a first step in order to tailor a plan for the individual’s goals.
